Yes, you must use robust <<*Options*>> to add prompts. And if you want to be able to create an AskTable automatically, you will also need to use <<*Options*>> in your documents.
Pathagoras can automate the conversion from {simple} to <<*Options*>>. Click the Pathagoras Features dropdown | Wizards & Assistants | Conversion Tools.

One additional tip. You can elevate (at least) the ‘Conversion’ button in the Pathagoras features dropdown to Word's Quick Access Toolbar (QAT). That will save you two clicks each time you want to convert the {simple options} in a document.
So expose that Conversion button in the dropdown and right click on it. Select ‘Add to QAT’. (When you are done with converting your documents, you can remove the button from the QAT.)
